The State Legislature recently passed SB 94, establishing a film and television transferrable tax credit for the state of Missouri.
The Missouri Film Office is currently working with the Department of Economic Development to establish the guidelines and build the application for this tax incentive. Check back here for more updates and a timeline, which will be coming soon.
