- $8 million annual cap
- Qualifying acts must:
1. Rehearse for at least 10 days at a qualified rehearsal facility
2. Spend at least $1,000,000 in the purchase or rental of concert tour equipment and related expenses from Missouri vendors
3. Perform at least 2 concerts in Missouri
- The total amount of the tax credit is equal to 30% of the base investment with the below per project caps:
